- 7 Days from Delivery: You can initiate a size replacement request within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
- Unworn & Original Tags: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original artisanal packaging with all tags attached.
- Doorstep Reverse Pickup: Our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) will collect the garment directly from your delivery address.
Custom Tailored & Altered Garments — Final Sale Policy
Garments where custom length, sleeve, bust, waist, or hip alterations were opted for during checkout are hand-tailored specifically to your personal body measurements by master artisans in Surat.
⚠️ Policy Notice: Under Navraangi store terms, all garments with custom tailoring or alterations are strictly Final Sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
